This class is a beginners class.
Description
The classes are held at the Norah Head Boating and Recovery Club (Cabbage Tree Bay), 6.30pm, although for your first class, it would be great if you could arrive 15 min earlier to fill out the student registration form. The boom gate will be open so you can drive in and down the hill. Park on the right and the classes are up stairs in the building on the left.
You don’t need to bring a mat to this class as there are mats available. Just ensure you wear comfortable clothing and bring some water with you.
